The main raw materials of FRP are glass fiber and resin. Glass fiber plays a strengthening role in glass fiber reinforced plastics. The role of the resin is to bond the glass fibers firmly together, so that the fibers are jointly stressed. Commonly used resins are unsaturated polyester resin, acrylic resin. The development process of FRP parts includes the following steps:

(3) The production of FRP agricultural machinery products, especially tractors and harvesters, is not very large, and when making FRP parts, it is usually made by hand. The process flow is as follows: first, the mold surface is coated with release agent: to be released agent drying: surface gelcoat: to be gelcoat gel: brush resin liquid, spread glass fiber material, immersion, exhaust bubble, to reach the required thickness; Curing at room temperature; Demoulding: cutting edge, drilling.
