The existing A- pillar upper guard plate and the instrument panel are mostly positioned at a single point through a latch, and the positioning accuracy is poor, which easily leads to a V-shaped gap between the-pillar upper guard plate and the instrument panel.
The assembly method of the guard plate structure on the-pillar includes the following steps:
1) Install the cover clamp on the guard plate body;
2) Install the warning light in the installation groove on the back of the cover;
3) Connect the connector to the vehicle harness;
4) Install the guard plate body on the body sheet metal.
