The SMC(Sheet Molding Compound) front mask is a body part made of SMC composite material. SMC is a sheet molding compound, which is composed of resin, glass fiber, thickener, additives, fillers and other raw materials. The manufacturing process of SMC process front mask usually includes the following steps:
- Making mold: According to the shape and size requirements of the front mask, make a mold suitable for SMC material.
