Interior moulding process ceiling mainly adopts dry process and wet process.
The dry process is a composite pressing of non-woven fabric, glass fiber, PE powder and PU board to form a PU substrate. Then the PU substrate and PVC leather are made into the prototype of the ceiling by hydraulic press and other equipment. After the completion of the prototype production, the use of high-pressure water cutting method to improve the prototype of the roof to meet the needs of the roof base. After installing various accessories, the ceiling assembly is completed. During the molding process, the temperature of the heating furnace should be maintained at 180~220 ℃, and the heating time should not exceed 1.5 5S, preferably between 1s and 1.5s. When closing the mold, the pressure should be maintained at about 15MPa, and the holding time should be controlled between half a minute and one minute.
The wet process is suitable for the ceiling with high drawing depth, or the ceiling with relatively complex production structure. Compared with the dry process, the production cost of the wet process is relatively low, but this process will cause serious pollution and adversely affect the health of the producer.
In addition, the roof molding process also includes the composition of fabric and substrate, top lining molding, hole and boundary cutting, flanging and accessory installation and other steps. In the choice of molding, according to the mold and substrate temperature process can be divided into hot material cold mold method and cold material hot mold method.
