The battery pack is the core energy source of new energy vehicles, which provides driving power for the entire vehicle. It mainly forms the main body of the battery pack through the metal shell envelope. The modular structural design realizes the integration of battery cells, optimizes the thermal management performance of battery packs through thermal management design and simulation, and realizes the safety protection and connection path of the control system for the battery by electrical components and wiring harness. The management of battery cells and the communication and information exchange with the whole vehicle are realized through BMS. The battery pack includes battery cells, modules, electrical systems, thermal management systems, boxes and BMS. BMS can improve the utilization rate of the battery, prevent the battery from overcharging and overdischarging, extend the service life of the battery, and monitor the status of the battery.
